UMN Al-Washliyah, alongside several other universities under the APTISI Sumatera Utara, namely Universitas Asahan, Universitas Murni Teguh, ITBI, Universitas Potensi Utama, Universitas Sari Mutiara, STIM Sukma, Politeknik Cendana, Universitas Panca Budi, Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien, Universitas Putra Abadi Langkat, YASPENDHAR, Universitas Harapan participated in a Sharing Session & Letter of Intent (LoI) with Universiti Utara Malaysia and Universiti Malaysia Sarawak to discuss their intention to collaborate in Research, community service and other scope of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
